Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Arctic Pro HVAC LLC (“Arctic Pro HVAC”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Arctic Pro HVAC provides residential and commercial HVAC services in Greater Austin, TX. Service is subject to technician availability, access to the property, and customer approval of pricing prior to work commencing.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is presented as flat-rate quotes before work begins. By approving a quote, you authorize Arctic Pro HVAC to perform the stated work at the stated price. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS communications from Arctic Pro HVAC, you agree to receive text messages including:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Technician dispatch notifications and ETA updates
Service completion summaries
Seasonal maintenance reminders
Promotional offers and membership information

5. Comfort Club Membership

Comfort Club membership is an annual or monthly subscription. Members may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Tune-ups already performed are non-refundable. Discounts apply to services performed during the active membership period only.

6. Warranty

All labor performed by Arctic Pro HVAC is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty. Extended warranties may be available on new equipment installations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arctic Pro HVAC's liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during service unless specifically quoted and approved.
